Where to go to see the famous auto racing

How to touch the glory of Michael Schumacher or Sebastian Loeb? Very simple – go to the famous competition for new experiences.
“I never felt the desire to become a racer, although I did not drive the car for the first year. However, I get great pleasure from watching the rally and Formula 1.” I flew to Formula for the first time in Singapore and did not regret: no TV screen compares with real emotions, “- says a young businessman from Kiev, Andrei Zvyagintsev. In general, in Ukraine every year a lot of competitions take place. But we have no good and truly spectacular tracks. That is why the true connoisseurs of races are sent to Monte Carlo or Nyurbungring to see firsthand the skill of the pilots, and if you are lucky, you can also talk to them in person. In memorable places Ukraine regularly hosts rally, ring races, karting competitions, autocross championships (races on a dirt ring road), trophy raids (heavy off-road races), and drag racing (sprint races for short distances ). The annual calendar of racing events is published by the Automobile Federation (FAA), it can be found on the association’s website – fau.in.ua. The most extensive list of rally racing. They pass across all Ukraine. Near Kiev is the highway “Kiev Rus”, which is located in the Makarovsky district of the Kiev region. In two days of competition, riders pass more than 130 km of special stages with different types of pavement, terrain, etc. No less popular is the ума Chumkyi Shlyah rally, which is held in the vicinity of Kherson. The rally includes a track of 256.6 km, of which 110.66 km – 10 special stages with a dirt and crushed stone surface. There are also rallies in the vicinity of Simferopol, Mariupol, Nikolaev, Lvov. The next races are scheduled for October near Alushta, Kherson, Odessa. But the most “popular” rally event is Prime Yalta Rally, which has been held in the Crimea for several years in the summer. Most circuit racing takes place at the Chaika circuit, near Kiev. Sometimes competitions are held right in the center of Odessa, where the main streets of the city overlap, forming a 2.4 km-long ring. This year has already passed four stages of the Ukrainian circuit racing championship. Phase 5 is scheduled for late September. Participate in cars of different classes and brands – from the “Lada” and ending with BMW and even Lotus race cars in the Formula class. List competitions – long, space on the pages of “Money” is not enough. Exhaustive information can be obtained on the site of the FAA. It is better to see once … To become a participant in all these events is not so expensive: the cost of audience tickets ranges from 25-100 UAH / day. The easiest way to watch ring or kart racing is to choose a place from which almost the entire track will be visible. For example, the topmost rows in the spectator stands. Watch drag racing is even easier, since this race is a sprint race at a distance of 402 meters. It is best to become near the “finish” to see the outcome of the race. Buy tickets to these competitions will not be a problem: this can be done immediately before the race at the circuit. Harder to enjoy the rally. “Rally is the hardest to watch. Because you need to be well-versed in the special stages, to see those points that the cars pass beautifully. Plus there is no“ contact ”struggle in the rally, everyone takes turns and compete, in fact, with themselves,” says Dnipropetrovsk race car driver Alexander Feldman. A typical rally consists of several relatively short (up to 40 km) special stages, when the struggle is actually underway, and “stage stages”, when the cars must reach the next stage. Some races include areas where two cars go on parallel tracks, clearly showing the struggle of the riders. Or abroad? The most spectacular event – “Formula 1”. 2011 is the 62nd World Cup, it consists of 19 stages in 18 countries, of which six stages remain uncropped. The closest of them – September 25 in Singapore on the Marina Bay. This is one of the most difficult and interesting tracks, built along the streets of the city, the maximum speed on it is about 300 km / h. October 9 in Japan will be the race on the track “Suzuka”, which was originally created by Honda as a test. For the first time “Formula” will be held in India – October 30 on the track “International Circuit of the Buddha” with a length of 5.14 km with sixteen turns. The championship will end this year in the Brazilian Sao Paulo on the track “Interlagos”, which is characterized by a combination of high-speed external direct and slow internal turns, which makes the race very exciting. For a trip to the “Formula” will have to spend from 300–400 to 1000–1200 dollars for the flight (depending on the country) and give at least 70–100 y. e. for a ticket to the race.
